With over 2 decades of experience working with & for top brands like Nokia, Tata, Samsung and Apple, Sreevathsa is a service aficionado with an incredible eye for detail. He founded TSS (The Service Solutions) in 2009 to deliver his brand of technology driven Customer Service. TSS was later acquired by B2X, a German headquartered global Customer Care Company. Sreevathsa’s strong entrepreneurship & leadership skills along with deep customer centricity have propelled Servify to be the one of the most promising tech startups in India.
Thomas served in a number of senior management positions at Nokia Networks, NSN and Nokia, including Head of Logistics for Central Europe, Head of Mobile Network Deployment Business for Europe, Director of Nokia Networks and NSN’s global Hardware Services business, and Senior Director Care Operations. Thomas redesigned and restructured the global Care Operations in over 100 countries within 30 months, leading to major improvements in Customer Experience, KPIs, and Cost Savings. Before joining Nokia Networks in 1993, Thomas was responsible for implementation, maintenance, repair & overhaul of mission critical communications and computer systems for German Military (NATO), where he was an officer. Thomas joined B2X in 2011 to lead their Global Operations and later led the Corporate Development role until 2016. Thomas partnered with Sree in his journey from day 1, including being the other director of the Company representing the board.
An Engineer/MBA by education, Ajay has more than 20 years of experience in varied roles including Sales & Marketing, Business Development and most recently a leadership role driving strategy and OEM relationship at Qualcomm. Ajay joins Servify and brings an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of the Telecom industry, having worked in leading global companies like Nokia and Qualcomm along with top consumer companies like Titan and ITC. Ajay is passionate about customer focus and loves the technology driving it.
Bharat has previously worked in leading companies like Tata Teleservices and Star. He also headed operations for a BU while in Tata Teleservices. Bharat has 20+ years of experience in various faculties of finance including Treasury, Project Management, Financial Accounting, Cost Management and FP&A along with contract negotiations and closure of legal documentation. He joins Servify to extend his valuable experience and help Servify’s growth into a Global organization.
Ranjeet brings nearly two decades experience of building and globally scaling high-technology, enterprise grade products and services. Prior to Servify, Ranjeet has worked as Global CTO in B2X Care Solutions, leading a high-performance 100 member+ team across a variety of technology functions. He joins Servify to drive revenue growth, service quality, improve production and cost controls through strategic application of technology.
Mahesh delivered results on mission critical marketing projects for leading global brands such as Samsung, Idea Cellular, Renault, HDFC Bank, Bloomberg, GSK and more during his stint prior to Servify, also working across global markets like the USA, Southeast Asia and India. After 12 years of a successful design career, he crossed over to marketing and has a proven track record of managing brands from the client side as well as from the agency side. Mahesh’s goal is to establish Servify as the ‘go to’ brand for managing devices and appliances in consumer’s minds and to establish the Servify platform as the most reliable technology solution across the device lifecycle for the ecosystem partners.
Melville comes with 23 years of work experience in the field of customer service and management. He has held senior management positions at renowned companies such as B2X Care Solutions, AnyData Inc, Axesstel Inc, Onida and BPL Ltd. His last engagement was as COO and MD of B2X India. Melville joins Servify to lead the company’s Suppy Chain operations and brings his deep knowledge in various areas such as customer life cycle management and process automation.
With 20 years of commended experience in strategic human resources, organisational development and change management, Esha has held leadership positions in NCDEX, Bank of America, Novartis and Abbott. A SIBM and ISB alumnus, Esha is a certified Independent Director and Coach. She joins Servify to drive the global people agenda, enhance employee experience and help build culture through the Servify values of simplicity, dependability, agility, innovation and sustainability.
Priya comes with 13 years of experience specializing in Insurance, Operations and Business Excellence across companies such as ICICI Prudential Life & Kotak Mahindra Life. Prior to Servify, Priya worked with OneAssist Consumer Solutions handling their Operations and Claims Management. At Servify, Priya is responsible for Operations & for enabling robust Customer Experience through best practices for making processes scalable, efficient and customer friendly.
Swapnil has over half a decade of experience in building and deploying end-to-end mobility systems; also being one of the first mobile developer in the country. His thorough knowledge of the Android and iOS systems has helped Servify to become the most trusted device ownership platform in a very short time. Swapnil’s quick learning and problem solving abilities have made him one of the most reliable team members and mentors within Servify.
Karthik comes with around 17 years of experience in developing IT Solutions in the Financial Domain. With prior experience as a Technical Engineer, Karthik started off in TCS as a Business Intelligence Developer and worked there for around 14 years in various profiles related to Project execution and spent around 8 years in the US for one of the largest clients of TCS as a Program Manager. Upon return from his successful US stint, he moved to Ahmedabad and was instrumental in setting up and maintaining the Operations and Project Delivery of one of the largest clients of TCS in Gandhinagar. He moved out of TCS as a Site Lead/Group Lead and joined Servify in December 2017 to lead the projects in a customer facing role, with the goal of streamlining the project execution and reducing the time to market cycle for an enhanced Customer Experience.
