How To Raise A Repair Request For Your 10.or Smartphone Using The 10.or Care App

Even though 10.or smartphones are put through rigorous testings, there might be some rare occasions when a repair might be needed. When you find yourself in such a situation, simply raise a repair request from the 10.or Care app.

Locate the area marked as Actions on the home screen of the app. One of these actions is Book a repair, which users need to select. The process is easy to understand but we have detailed the steps you need to follow.

In case your 10.or smartphone is dead or for any reason are unable to access the app, then you can even raise a request via the web. Simply access me.servify and follow the flow of steps which are similar to those explained below.

STEP 1: Tap the Book a repair option from the main screen of the 10.or Care app. Here, you will be prompted to select a device that needs to be repaired. Choose your 10.or smartphone to proceed to the subsequent step.

STEP 2: Here, you will be prompted to enter the pin code or the name of your area. You can also choose the Auto detect current location option to enable the phone automatically detecting the location.

STEP 3: You will then be asked to select pickup service. If you are in a location where 10.or pickup service is not available, then the app will give you an option to call the 10.or Support Team.

PICKUP SERVICE STEP 1: If you opt for the pickup service, you will be prompted to select the date and time to pick up your phone. You should pick one which is convenient for you and then tap on Go Ahead.

PICKUP SERVICE STEP 2: You will then be asked to provide with your complete address from where our executive can pick up your 10.or smartphone. You can tag this location as Home/Office/Other to make it easier for our executives to locate the premise.

PICKUP SERVICE STEP 3: Next, the app will present you with certain instructions which are required before you hand over your device for repair. Kindly carry out all steps as per the instructions and keep checking them once you complete each task.

PICKUP SERVICE STEP 4: Once all steps are completed, you will be presented with a Reference ID and a SECRET CODE. Please keep a note of this code, which needs to be provided to our pick-up executive. This ensures your 10.or smartphone is handled by our agent only.

PICKUP SERVICE STEP 5: Once the phone has been handed over, you can keep a track of the progress of your request right from the 10.or Care app. Regular updates on your repair request will be shared with you via SMS. In case you wish to escalate or cancel the repair request for any reason, tap the 3-button menu and select the relevant option.

Regular updates about your request will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. You can even keep a track of the repair request via the app itself.
